Returns


We will only receive products back with proper Return Goods Authorization (RGA) # and only within 14 days of your products ship date. Do not return a product without first obtaining the authorization number. Products received without a proper authorization identity number will likely be disposed of. To request a return goods authorization (RGA) #, please see instructions below. No exceptions. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Products that are returned for a refund or exchange must be in 100% unused condition and clear package cover unopened. Wrong filter models can easily be matched without removing the clear sanitary bag. 

A 20% re-stock/processing fee will apply if you simply have changed your mind or found the product elsewhere. If you ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake and want to reorder the correct ones, Request an RGA and then re-purchase the correct item. Send the items back and we will give you a 100% credit and waive the restocking fees.

If you feel your item is defective, you can re-order the same part, request an RGA, and then send the product back for inspection. If it is determined that a defect exists, you will receive a refund or credit. If the part is damaged from misuse or improper installation, we will determine if any credit or refund is due. UV lamps, air pumps and individual corona discharge replacement units are refunded on a monthly pro-rate up to 12 months. Pro-rate start date is your order date. Pro-rate end date is the date your product is returned to our warehouse. 


NOTE: When returning a Triple O lamp, UPS and other shippers require 3" of padding around the entire Lamp. If the lamp is returned broken, the warranty will be voided. However if you choice to insure the package you can go through UPS yourself.


INSTRUCTIONS to get an Return Authorization Number
Please email christine.davismu@gmail.com with your name, original receipt number, date, item, and a brief description of the reason for return. We will then reply with an authorization number that must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning. Please fill out the RGA form (link below) if instructed, and include it with your return. If you can’t locate the original receipt, contact us with your name, date of purchase, email address, and we will look it up and provide it. Once your package is received, it will be inspected, and you will be contacted via email regarding replacement, refund, or credit based on our policy.

Delivery  Policy and Carrier
If you live in an area that you feel your package might be stolen or compromised, please request from us that UPS "requires a signature" before delivering.

Your package will be delivered through UPS. We will insure the package against being lost or damaged. Once the package has been delivered and UPS provides this proof of delivery, we consider the transaction complete.
