You can return merchandise up to 14 days after the purchase date with proper Return Authorization (RA) #. Do not return a product without first obtaining the authorization number (the request form is below). Products received without a proper authorization identity number will not be accepted. The merchandise must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return. Any product that requires installation and has been installed is not eligible for return unless it has been arranged to be evaluated for a manufacturer defect. Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them. To request a return goods authorization (RGA) #, please see instructions below. No exceptions. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Products returned for a refund or exchange must be in 100% unused condition with the clear package cover unopened. Wrong filter models can easily be matched without removing the clear sanitary bag.

Compatible Filters (ERO-335 - Part # WE306, WE307, WE308, WW305M) - Wholesale Filters Direct clearly states that each of these items are compatible and vary slightly in size from the originals in each item's product description to help avoid any confusion. Please note these items will not be exempt from our 20% restocking fee.

A 20% re-stock/processing fee will apply if you have simply changed your mind or found the product elsewhere. If you ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake and want to reorder the correct ones, request an RGA and then re-purchase the correct item. Send the items back and we will give you a 100% credit on the product and waive the restocking fees.

If you feel your item is defective, please request an RGA, and then send the product back for inspection. If it is determined that a defect exists, we will send a replacement(s). If the part is damaged from misuse or improper installation, we will determine if a replacement is due.

Shipping & Handling: All shipping fees are non-refundable, unless Wholesale Filters Direct has made an error on your order. In this case, the shipping charges will be refunded in full.

Ozone Part Returns

Air Pump: If rust is found on the springs of your air pump unit, this is a clear sign of oxidation caused by a leak within your system and will void the pro-rated warranty on it. We will be happy to assist you in finding where the leak may be in your system in this situation.

UV lamps, air pumps and individual corona discharge: Replacement units are refunded on a monthly pro-rate up to 12 months. Pro-rate start date is your order date. Pro-rate end date is the date your product is authorized for return.

NOTE: When returning a Triple O lamp, UPS and other shippers require 3" of padding around the entire Lamp. If the lamp is returned broken, the warranty will be voided. However if you choice to insure the package you can go through UPS yourself.

  • We will respond with an authorization number that must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you are returning.

  • Upon receiving your package, it will be inspected and you will be contacted via email regarding replacement, refund, or credit based on our policy.
