Keep Your Ozone System Producing at Full Capacity

Ozone and UV water treatment systems rely on a small number of parts that degrade with use. UV lamps lose ozone output as the glass solarizes over 12 to 18 months of operation. Air pumps weaken from running continuously. Check valves wear out and start leaking ozone gas back into the water line. None of these failures happen overnight, which makes them easy to miss until bacteria, iron staining, or sulfur smell return.

We carry compatible ozone UV parts, spare parts, and replacement accessories for the two most common residential ozone platforms: Triple O Systems and Del Ozone Aquaclipse. Every replacement part matches the performance of the original and costs less than buying through an authorized dealer. Installation is straightforward on both systems, and no specialized tools are required.

Triple O systems use an ozone generator and UV light to treat well water inside storage tanks, handling iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, bacteria, tannins, and other contaminants through continuous oxidation. We carry compatible UV lamps in three tiers (WHL102, TL01, and WHL101), air pumps in both 120v and 230v (TOA101, TOA102, AP120, AP220), plus corona discharge units, filter modules, tubing, and accessories. Replace UV lamps every 18 months and air pumps every 1 to 2 years to maintain full ozone output.

The Del Ozone Aquaclipse (model ZO-400) uses corona discharge technology to generate ozone for residential well water treatment. We stock the three components that need regular replacement: the WDUVB corona discharge cell, the WGUV UV lamp, and the WDAP air pump. Replace the UV lamp every 12 months and swap the check valve on the same schedule. The red 6 PSI check valve and the two white check valves should be treated as standard ozone parts that go in fresh with each lamp change.

When to Replace Your Triple O Components

UV lamps are the most time-sensitive replacement part in any ozone system because their output drops steadily even when the lamp still appears to be working. Air pumps run continuously and lose pressure over time. The general rule is to replace UV lamps on a fixed schedule of 12 to 18 months depending on the system, and to check air pump output and diffuser stones for mineral buildup at the same interval.

Never Miss a Part Replacement

Ozone systems degrade gradually, not suddenly. The first signs of a worn lamp or pump are usually the same problems the system was installed to solve: iron staining, sulfur smell, or water discoloration returning. AutoShip delivers compatible ozone and UV parts on a maintenance schedule so you replace components before your water quality tells you something is wrong.
