Triple O Accessories
Tubing, diffusers, check valves, fittings, and diagnostic tools for your Triple O ozone system. Everything you need to keep the system sealed and running.
The Small Parts That Keep Your Triple O System Running
UV lamps and air pumps get the attention, but every item connecting them to your water tank is just as critical to system performance. A cracked piece of tubing leaks ozone gas before it reaches the diffuser. A worn check valve lets water back-feed into the ozone generator. A clogged diffuser stone stops the micro-bubbles that make the whole oxidation process work. When any of these small components fail, your Triple O ozone system loses output even if the lamp and pump are brand new.
We carry the full range of Triple O accessories and ozone system parts so you can replace individual components as they wear, rather than waiting until water quality drops to diagnose the problem.
Tubing
Ozone degrades certain materials over time, so the tubing that connects your Triple O system to the tank diffuser needs to be ozone-compatible. We carry PVC clear vinyl tubing in 100-foot (WPC100) and 50-foot (WPC50) rolls with a 3/16-inch inner diameter, available to purchase individually or alongside your lamp and pump replacements. Clear tubing is recommended because black tubing retains heat, which shortens the life of the ozone gas traveling through it. For applications that require more chemical resistance, we also stock Norprene tubing (N1010) in 10-foot, 25-foot, and 50-foot lengths.
Diffusers and Fittings
The diffuser stone sits at the bottom of your water tank and breaks the ozone stream into millions of micro-sized bubbles. Over time, mineral deposits restrict flow and reduce the surface area available for oxidation. We carry the WT105 replacement diffuser, the WT106 barbed connector fitting (1/4-inch male pipe thread to 3/16-inch hose barb), the WT108 stainless steel bell reducer that connects the barbed fitting to the diffuser, and the complete WT100 diffuser kit that includes the diffuser, barb fitting, stainless coupler, and zip ties. All metal fittings are built from corrosion-resistant manufacturing to withstand continuous ozone exposure.
Check Valves and Diagnostic Tools
The WT104 check valve prevents water from back-feeding into the ozone generator, which protects the UV lamp and internal components from moisture damage. These should be replaced with each lamp change or whenever you suspect a leak in the ozone line.
For troubleshooting, the Triple O System Leak Detection kit (TOLD) includes a 0-15 PSI gauge and barb fitting that connects directly to the pump output. Many air pump failures are caused by ozone gas leaking internally inside the Triple O unit before reaching the tank. The TOLD kit lets you pressurize the line for 5 seconds and read the gauge to confirm whether the system is sealed or losing pressure.

When to Replace Your Triple O Accessories
Inspect tubing for cracks or discoloration every time you replace a UV lamp or air pump. Check the diffuser stone for mineral buildup every 60 to 90 days and clean or replace it when flow drops. The next step is the WT104 check valve, which should be swapped with every lamp change. Each accessory ships with product instructions, and if your system is losing ozone output with a new lamp and pump already installed, run the TOLD leak detection test before replacing anything else.
Never Miss a Part Replacement
A small leak or a clogged diffuser can quietly reduce your Triple O system’s treatment capacity for weeks before the symptoms show up in your water. AutoShip delivers the accessories and consumable parts on a schedule that matches your maintenance cycle, so you catch wear before it becomes a water quality issue.
